James holds a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science and brings over a decade of professional personal training experience. He holds a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and combines evidence-based knowledge with extensive practical expertise. A lifelong athlete with a background in football, crossfit, and strength training, James specialises in functional strength training aimed at improving movement quality, building strength, and reducing injury risk. He's committed to helping clients achieve their full potential.
Meg
Meg is an experienced athlete and coach with competitive backgrounds in football, hockey, and lacrosse. With a strong foundation in athletic performance and rehabilitation, she has developed comprehensive expertise in injury prevention, mobility, and long-term athletic development. Meg applies this knowledge alongside a supportive coaching approach to enable clients to train efficiently, enhance performance, and develop lasting strength and confidence.
